Hammett Family Farms has been providing bulk custom orders for decades. If you have a large freezer, you can get the greatest cost savings and the most flexibility by ordering at least 1/4 of an animal at a time. We work with you and our butcher to personalize your order.
Our pigs range between 260 and 290 pounds, so what you actually receive will vary. Meat that you actually take home is approximately 45% of the live weight. That 45% is split evenly among hams, loins, bacon, ribs, sausage, etc.
Some cuts of meat require further processing (such as smoking) and may take up to a month to be ready for delivery.
